El Paso New Construction Homes — Build Your Dream Home
Looking for a new home? Then you’ve come to the right place! We have over 30 years of experience building beautiful homes for the residents of the Southwest. Over those three decades, the home building industry has changed and benefitted from advancements in a variety of fields. As technology improves and advances the way we work and the materials we use, our custom homes become better, more energy-efficient, durable, and more resistant. We pride ourselves in building with quality and integrity, regardless of the size of the home—2,000 square feet or 5,000—every detail and every piece of material matters.
Our Construction Process
The process begins in our offices, where you meet with our head engineer to discuss your vision and your potential floor plans. In our initial meeting, we will develop your custom floor plans and make developments through our sophisticated computer software that allows you to see your proposed floor plan in 3D. Once all revisions have made and the layout is agreed upon, construction will begin.
What Takes Place During Construction: We Build it Right and Efficiently
Padilla Homes has an open visitation policy. We encourage you to stop by anytime to see your home as it is being built. Most people have the impression that a custom home takes a year to go up. But at Padilla Homes, we follow a strict construction schedule while never sacrificing quality. We don’t waste any time! Once construction starts, we are done in three to six months.
There are three formal walkthroughs as the construction process goes on.
- The first formal walkthrough happens after the structural stage. This means you can see the foundations of your home before the drywall is erected. You can view the materials we’ve used, the quality and integrity of the fame, and review the full layout.
- The second walkthrough happens after major electrical systems are installed. This is when the heating and cooling system is installed, insulation is put into place, and any smart home technology you requested is integrated.
- The final walkthrough happens once the home is finished. Every aspect of the home is inspected, reviewed, and checked off to ensure it is to your satisfaction. You’ll also get an orientation of your new home to review all of the systems and smart home technology.
